Information Report pursuant to article 13 of the It. Legislative Decree 196 dated 30 June 2003.

The It. Legislative Decree 196/2003 safeguards the confidentiality of personal data and sets out a set of obligations for the subjects "handling" personal information relating to other subjects. According to the regulations indicated herein, such handling will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of its confidential nature and rights. Pursuant to article 13 of the It. Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, therefore, we are herein providing you with the following information:
  • The personal data provided by you will be handled for the following purposes: in full observance of privacy, the email address entered will not be memorised anywhere and will not be used for any other uses than receiving any necessary replies.
  • Handling will be carried out in the following modes: manual or computerised.
  • The provision of personal data is optional/compulsory and any refusal to provide such data will have no consequence. However, it may mean that a part or all of the contract is not carried out or that the existing relationship may not continue.
  • The data will not be communicated to other subjects, and will not be diffused.
  • The data controller is: RAICHEM srl Via M. Gasparini n. 12 -42100 REGGIO EMILIA (Italy).
  • The data processor is: Mr Gabriele Fantuzzi.
  • You may exercise your rights at any time concerning the data controller, pursuant to article 7 of the It. Legislative Decree 196/2003 which is quoted hereunder:

  • The interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data relating to him, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
  • The interested party has the right to obtain information concerning:
    • The origin of the personal data;
    • The purpose and mode of data handling;
    • The logic applied in the cases of data handling through the use of electronic instruments;
    • The data controller, data processor and appointed representative's identification details, pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
    • The subjects or the categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or which may learn of such data in the role of appointed representatives within State territory, processors or subjects appointed.
  • The interested party has the right to obtain:
    • the update, correction, or when necessary the addition of personal data;
    • deletion, anonymous transformation or block of data, which is handled in violation of the law, including data which is unnecessary to preserve for the purposes for which the data has been gathered and later handled;
    • certification that the operations as set out in letters a) and b) have been made known, including their content, to those subjects to whom the data has been communicated or divulged, except for the case in which such fulfilment is impossible or would require the use of means which are obviously disproportionate to the protected right
  • The interested party has the right to fully or partly oppose:
    • the handling of personal data, due to legitimate reason, even if pertinent to the purpose of gathering data;
    • the handling of personal data that concerns him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material, or for the carrying out of market research or commercial announcements.
